Yes, myoxin is completely free. You don't need a credit card to sign up. There is no danger of being charged in any way.
myoxin is still in its beta phase. While we believe its generated workout plans should help you make faster gym progress, we need to validate the algorithms more extensively on a variety of people first. We will only start charging money once we are a hundred percent sure they'll help each and every user.
You should have access to a pull-up bar and a weight belt to add weight to your pull-ups. Ideally, you'll also have access to a machine that allows you to do supported pull-ups - this is even more important, if you cannot do more than 10 reps currently. Alternatively, an elastic band will work for supported pull-ups.
Yes, you can decide freely. Just stick to one for the duration of the plan.
Yes! myoxin was created to adapt to you - not the other way around. During the onboarding you'll be able to choose your gym days as well as days you'd like to do pull-ups on. Additionally, you can let us know your weekly volume for biceps, lats, mid-back, and other exercises for each training day. This way, our optimizer makes sure the pull-ups fit seamlessly into your plan.
